HR Health Checks
We conduct a thorough review of your current people related practices covering joining, working and leaving. The review includes looking at your policies, and procedures as well as collecting information and opinions to identify needs, and areas of potential risk.
A HR health check will:
- Review your current working practices to identify significant gaps or areas for improvement in your employment practices and processes
- Provide feedback on your HR policies and procedures ensuring they are compliant with current legislation and best practice and evaluate the organisational risk to potential employment related claims
- Assess the reality of your policies against day to day actions
- Develop and/or review your HR Key Performance Indicators
